NIC is a thriving, privately owned cleaning and facilities management business in Leeds. Due to rapid expansion we are now looking for an full-time Operations Administrator in our Leeds Head Office.
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic individual to work within the administration team based in Leeds. Responsibilities include being the first point of contact for telephone calls, producing analytical reports using Excel, data input, checking/cross referencing time and attendance data, processing orders and other ad hoc administration duties. If you can demonstrate a great attention to detail, can plan and organise your own workload and have strong communication skills this could be the job for you
- IT literate (good working knowledge of Excel and Word)
- Previous administration experience
Hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
